尹燕亭，女，1983年10月生，河北鸡泽县人，无党派，副教授，博士。

2008年9月—2013年12月，兰州大学草业科学专业，获博士学位

2003年9月—2007年7月成都信息工程学院信息管理专业，获学士学位

2021年7月至今，山西农业大学草业学院，副教授

2014年4-2021年2月，中国农业科学院草原研究所，博士后

讲授本科、硕士和博士生的草业经济管理类课程。

先后在《Land Use PolicyJournal of Geophysical Research》、《Journal of Arid Land》、《Journal of Integrative Agriculture》、《Rangeland Journal》、《生态学报》、《中国草地学报》《中国沙漠》等国内外学术期刊发表论文30余篇，参与编著。
